Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. However, we do offer an exchange policy strictly under the following conditions.

An exchange will only be processed if the product delivered to you is damaged or defective. To qualify for an exchange:

1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory:

   Customers must shoot a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened, showing:

   * The outer packaging condition

   * The unboxing process without any cuts or edits

   * The defect or damage in the product, if any

   This video will serve as the only valid proof to support your exchange request. Without the unboxing video, no exchange claim will be accepted.

   You must report any issue and submit the unboxing video within 72 hours of delivery. After this period, the exchange policy will no longer be applicable, regardless of the circumstances.

* Exchange requests will be reviewed and approved at our discretion based on the provided evidence.

* Exchanges are only applicable for the same product (subject to availability) or a similar item of equal value, if the original is out of stock.

* We do not entertain exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product color/size/design, or delayed delivery.

We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
